DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We allow both cats and dogs. Maximum of two pets per unit. Breed restrictions apply – contact the office for details.
Associated pet fees are as follows:- Pet Fee: $300 (Non-refundable, due at move-in)
- Pet Rent: $50/month
WHAT LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
12 month lease terms at market rate. Short term leases available for $75/month premium, 6 month minimum.
HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
Security deposit is $700 and is due at the time of lease signing.
WHAT'S THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
- Apply online now.
- Submit your non-refundable $50 application fee.
- We will process within 1-3 days.
- If approved, sign the unit hold agreement, pay the earnest deposit ($700), and execute a lease.
WHEN IS RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee is assessed for payments received after the 5th.
HOW CAN I PAY RENT?
You can pay online via your Resident Portal and have the option to schedule automatic payments with your credit/debit card or bank account. Or you may opt to submit a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check in the onsite drop box. Cash is not accepted.
HOW DO I ENTER A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?
Maintenance requests can be entered online via your Resident Portal.
DOES MY RENT INCLUDE UTILITIES?
Included with your rent are trash, recycling, water, sewer, snow removal and general maintenance.
Residents are responsible for gas, electricity, cable and internet utilities.
HOW DOES PARKING WORK?
Limit two vehicles per unit. Residents are assigned one uncovered space and a one-stall garage. Visitors must park in a visitor space – these spaces are either unmarked or marked with a “V.”
HOW DO I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?
Trillium Management will mail your security deposit settlement within the 30 days required by Michigan law. To ensure timely delivery, the law also requires you, the resident, to provide a forwarding address to the Landlord within four days of move-out. Your security deposit will be returned less any outstanding rent, utilities and damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
