Testimonials

"The management is AWESOME! I just moved in and had a few things I needed fixed, I shot them an email and had someone at my door within 30 minutes. I even had a welcome home gift on my counter move in day! The community is very welcoming and all the neighbors are super great! I highly recommend."

"I absolutely love the townhouse! The upstairs bedroom is almost the size of the first apartment I lived in with my husband haha! Management has always been very kind and the neighbors are very friendly. I absolutely love being close to the nature reserve and having my back porch face the woods with all the fat happy squirrels!"
- -Angelica M.

"Great place to live. It’s easy to reach anyone in the office regarding issues or questions. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix issues. Plenty of room in the homes plus a garage. Perfect location for us."
- -Greg S.

"Loved staying here! Work requests were always answered promptly, communication between residents and staff was great and overall the ground and units always looked great! Parking is difficult if you have more than two cars, but the garage and assigned spaces are nice to have. Highly recommend!"

- -Kristin M.

"Moved in a few weeks ago and my husband and love living here so far! The townhomes are located in a convenient location close to different food places and close to Meijer as well. The townhomes themselves are incredibly nice and there is plenty of space (especially in the Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs). The neighborhood is quiet and management has done a really great job at being responsive to any questions we had during the move in process. I would definitely recommend living here!"
- -Abbey J.

"This is my second year with Trillium Management and I have no complaints. They manage their properties very well and are very responsive to any concerns I've brought to them! I would recommend them to anyone who asked!"
- -Amanda T.

"My experience as a resident at Highbrook townhomes has been nothing short of pleasant. The leasing office associates have been kind and professional and always worked promptly in handling any concerns I may have had. In my time I have only had two maintenance service requests and they were handle the next day or even the same day. I highly recommend!!"
